Lisa was a bright lightbulb,  she’d light up peoples lives anywhere and everywhere. Lisa was a women of faith of love and of peace. She could go through the worst situation  and no one would ever tell because she always had a big beautiful smile on her face, she had faith she was going to win this battle and although she isn’t here she won the battle!!

Oh Lisa where do I even start…
I have lots of good memories with you when I was little all the way up till I became a mom! You never once judged you just say there and listen and would say well “this is what I would do if it was me.” I’ll always remember your laughter,smile,small gesture you would do or say. You always yelling at the family function to gather everyone around to do cake or presents. Most importantly I’ll never forget how thoughtful you always were no matter what you would always think of everyone.  You will truly be missed tell we meet again

Lisa was not feeling well but made her way to attend Pastor’s birthday. She was always smiling. 

I had the pleasure of meeting Lisa in 2020 and eventhough I didn't get a lot of time with her it was very easy to pinpoint what she was all about. Family was her most important priority whether it was her daughter, son, or her grandchildren. Every conversation I was granted the privilege to have with Lisa revolved around her love for the people in her life. Her face beamed with happiness as she described her adventures with her grandchildren. I could feel the pride in her words when she would describe all of the things her daughter and son-in-law have accomplished together. She spoke about the big dreams her son had as he transitioned into his new life as a married man. Her smile was contagious and I could feel the positivity with which she spoke in my soul. I will always remember and be grateful for the kindness she displayed toward my children. Thank you for accepting me as I am. I promise to always do right by the people you love. Rest In Paradise Lisa.

Dear Mama Lisa, 
I’ve tried to wrap my head around this huge change that I now have to accept and my mind keeps taking me back to all the memories you’ve left me with. You gave birth to my best friend and ever since I’ve met her I immediately loved her. All my early memories of you include Jessica and they’re so simple but precious. You never missed a choir performance and you were our biggest fan and cheerleader. I recall moments singing on the school risers and looking out to the audience to your beautiful smiling face just beaming and so damn proud and happy to be there. You always stayed till the end and Jessica would find you and you'd hug her and say a sweet compliment and it would make my heart feel warm. If I close my eyes I could hear your contagious amazing laugh or just your lovely voice and the encouraging positive words you'd say, like , “You go girl!” Or the super cute way you'd say, “You look beautiful”. All these memories you gave me and the gorgeous best friend you have left me with are what I will cherish with all my soul forever. I want to promise you that I will love her and be there for her for the rest of my life. You told us before that we were lucky to have each other and you're still right. Thank you for all the times you made me feel special, for never making me feel judged and for letting me be my true self in front of you. I hope you knew how much I appreciated and how refreshing it was to have a mom feel like a real friend. I promise to never forget all these good memories and to always remind Jessica that she is not alone. You helped mold the amazing woman she is today and you will live on in her for the rest of her life now. We will always love you Lisa and carry you in our hearts always until we meet again one sweet day.

Lisa was so much more to us than my friend’s mother. She was so sweet to me my husband and daughter welcoming us as if we were part of her family.  We could talk to her about anything and feel she genuinely cared. She was quick to give compliments but also make fun of us in the best way, always making us laugh. She was at every event and not once did we ever feel like we couldn’t be ourselves around her. She was so true to her herself and in turn made everyone around her feel loved and comfortable. I’ve truly been blessed to have known and loved her. Rest In Peace sweet beautiful Lisa.

Her and Joseph together always made my heart melt. So much love and joy there. Lisa's smile always catched everyone's attention and even though she is gone, I can see her smile in Joseph 🤍

In this last two years I got to be close to my Dear Sis. Lisa, whom I loved. Lisa was like a magnet whoever came close to her, with her contagious Smile. I Greatly Appreciate you Lisa, you were like a mother and best friend to Gabriela and Carmen  when I wasn't here.  Thank You. You are now with God the consuming fire,  The Great I Am, The beginning and the end.  Master of the universe,  mighty God, who reigns forever.  Your beloved husband, your King forever.  

I remember talking with Sis. Lisa at Ashley’s bridal shower. It was the first time I really got talk to her. I learned so much about her character from that little conversation. She taught me that no matter the circumstance you’re in, God can and will deliver you so that later in life you can be a blessing to someone in your similar situation. Her words exactly were “All I know is I want to be used by God, and if this is His will for me I’m just going to accept it and praise Him”. I know Sis. Lisa wanted to be used for God’s glory and it was soo inspiring to see. She’ll forever be in my heart as someone who was strong in her faith. She also had the most precious smile!!! Your mom is/was beautiful inside and out! We were all so blessed to have her for as long as we did❤️

Talking to Lisa was like talking to this bundle of support. Never once did I leave a conversation with Lisa that didn’t make me feel on top of the world. She always spoke nothing but positivity & encouragement into my life. When I told her I couldn’t do something she would find a way to bring my spirits up and help me. I am going to miss her smile & happy self! 

I had prayed for Lisa and was blessed to have met her at Disneyland on our Special Mother's day! I loved her instantly! Beautiful inside & out. A smile that would light up a room. She will be in all our hearts forever. 💜💜

It's the little annoying things people do that you miss the most when they're gone. 

I miss the 50 questions you would ask in 1 text message. I miss the "did you get my text" message if I didn't reply right away. I miss your talk text messages you would send without proofreading and I had to figure out what you meant.  I miss your snapchats where you would narrate the whole snap even saying the letters LOL... I MISS YOU BIG THITHER (sister in baby talk)







I met Lisa when I was 13. I am now 33. She is like one of those moms you see on tv that have the ability to just take someone in and love them as if you were one of their own kids… she could talk and listen without judgement. 
Share her life experiences….without withholding the bad.
Talk about what she has learned… what she regrets. What she takes pride in.
I loved and respected her so much for that.

She had no idea how something so simple like talking to younger people without being dismissive or belittling, really made someone like me feel heard and  important.

Momma Lisa has left a lasting impression on who I am now and what I want to be.
I am fortunate enough to have a little piece of her on earth still with me… and that is my friendship with her daughter, in which Lisa loved and supported wholeheartedly.
I will forever keep you in my heart Lisa💕

I will miss you so so so much. Sadly you had so go but at least your in a better place. I remember the time you went to Disney land with us. Thank you so much for takings care of me and Julius. We will miss you so so so so much love you

My sister Lisa, I miss you like crazy. I still can’t believe your gone. I have a lot of memories with you. You were always there when I needed you and was always positive with me.
