When I was a child, my sister, Ranee, and I spent many summers at Auntie Nene’s home. She made us any dish we asked for, took us to the beach, and took us to all the local fiestas. She cared and worried about us like we were her children. Forever grateful for her generous hospitality and always welcoming us to her home during summers. Life would not have been the same without spending time with our cousins, Kaye and Eric.  Those fun-filled summers will be forever etched in my soul as fond memories.
