He was born in Belleville, IL on June 16, 1962. Stephen graduated from Normandy High School in Parma ,OH
attended Cleveland state university on Cleveland, OH to Palomar community college in San Marco, CA.
Stephen had a career in U.S. Navy for 20 years and had a passion for woodworking. He was survived by his parents
Timothy and Janet Chilton and brother Bradley Chilton (Robin) Douglas (deceased) , Niece and nephew Grace James and Caroline Chilton.
Funeral Arrangements were held at National City- Chula Vista Mortuary & Cremation Service Oct 5, 2015. Committal service will be held on Oct 12, 2015 at 11a.m. at Miramar National Cemetery in San Diego, CA.
