Bernadette was predeceased by her husband Ernest, her parents William and Alida, and her brothers and sisters.
Left to cherish her memory are her brother-in-law, two sisters-in-law, many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
Bernadette was born in St. Claude, Manitoba. She met her loving husband Ernest while working at Health Sciences Centre and they got married April 27,1974.
She enjoyed gardening, looking after plants and flowers, crocheting and needle point, baking, bowling and walks at St. Vital Park. Bernadette volunteered at the Meadowood Manor for many years after her retirement. She was caring, selfless, kind, had an unforgettable smile.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Charleswood Care Home and Meadowood Manor for their care.
