Edna Andrest

Edna was born and raised in St. Norbert, Manitoba

Edna was predeceased by her parents Henry and Kathleen Gosselin, her husband Joe, her daughter Christine and her brother Georges.

Edna is survived by her son Craig (Darlene), Grandchildren, Shawn Andrest, Amber (Regan) Gaida, Jason (Heidi) Antoski, Son-in-law Alan Antoski, Great Grandchildren, Rhythm and Thunder Gaida and Alisha and Jayden Antoski. Edna is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Edna was a long-time employee for Loblaws working at various stores throughout Winnipeg. In her retirement years she enjoyed travel and visiting with family and friends. Although Edna came from a small family, she had many cousins and their families she remained close to.

The family would like to thank Edna’s niece, Marcelle Gosselin for taking care of her over the past few years. To all those who visited her and included her in your gatherings, we are so grateful, they say, “It takes a Village”and what a wonderful village we have.

There will be a Celebration of Life on Thursday, April 24th at 2:00pm Green Acres Funeral Home (1 Green Acres Lane, Navin MB)
