Glenn Herbstreit

Glenn was born March 4, 1966 at home during Winnipeg's historic snow storm. He was predeceased by his parents Helmut and Siebella.

He is survived by his living wife Cookie (Iris Murrell); stepson Lea (Deana); sister Diana of Calgary; nephews Kyle (Cayley, Avery, Sophie) of Saskatoon; Jason (Brooklyn) of Calgary and Mark of Calgary; in-laws Robert and Sandy; friend James who supported Glenn during his illness and other family and friends.

Glenn spent his career as a terrazzo, marble and tile installer working for Fabris & Watts over 25 years. He was very proud of his work. His passion was going fishing and winter vacations with his wife.

At Glenn's request there will be no public service, cremation has taken place and a private service will be held.

Special thanks to the doctors and staff at Cancer Care Manitoba and staff of the 8th floor St. Boniface Hospital.

Glenn will be missed by not forgotten.
