Helen’s journey ended peacefully at home at the age of 82. She is survived by her loving husband John (Jack) of 57 years and her children Terry, Maureen Purdy (Randy) and Eileen Harrison. She is also survived by her 4 grandson’s Ryan, Sean, CJ and Chad; her sister Catherine Rodenchuck , and numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. Helen was predeceased by her parents John and Mary Rodenchuck and her son-in-law Brent Harrison. When Helen and Jack married, she filled her days as a wife and mother until returning to work as an accounting clerk at Eaton’s; Merchants Consolidated until her retirement. She was an amazing cook; baker and cake decorator; fine seamstress, knitter and painter. Helen loved gardening and fishing and summers at Pioneer Bay Resort with her family; enjoying many celebrations, shared meals, her homemade wines and lots of laughter.

A Celebration of Helen’s Life will take place at 2:00 pm on Friday, January 30th at Green Acres Funeral Home Hwy #1 East at Navin Road.
