Peacefully on Sunday, January 29, 2012 at Donwood Manor, Helen Oates passed away at the age of 94 years.
Helen will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 69 years, Ray; son Gordon (Sharon); grandchildren Kevin (Suzanne), Cindy (Roque); great-grandchildren Oakley, Elizabeth, and Sarah; sisters Minnie and Rose; sisters-in-law Grace, Elaine, and Carrie; dear friends Allan and Elena Black and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by her parents John and Lena Steski and her brothers Rudy, Victor, Frank, Louis, and Gerald.
A Funeral service was held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at Green Acres Funeral Home.
