Lea Gendron rejoices in heaven today as she joins and reunites with her husband Leo Gendron; her beloved son Alain Gendron; her loving parents Zelia and Wilbrod Meilleur; her sister Emma; brothers Clem, Marcel and Andre. Oh, what a day in heaven! A woman of valor who can find? Her price is far above rubies. Proverbs 31:10
Lea was a woman who sustained her joy. She was never lost and always sure in her path of life. She knew who she was and recognized the power she had to persevere all the storms of life. Instead of fighting them, she danced through them with her strong faith in God. Sadly, we her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters Cecile, Jean, Evelyn and Simone, brother Oliver, and friends are now all left to grieve her unmeasurable and noticeable absence.
Lea’s compelling kindness and thoughtfulness towards others will never be forgotten. A woman of strength and courage she was. Faith was her armor, but Jesus was her victory.
“Mom we will miss you, thank you for all you’ve done for us, you will always be remembered and commemorated by us.” Love, your children Aurele (Diane), Suzanne, Paul, Alain (Rene).
“Grandma (Memere) I love you more than you can imagine. Thank you for the memories I have of you to hold onto. Your face will always shine in my heart when I think of you.” Love, Chantal (Dave), Ryan (Alyssa), Anthony (Krystal), Felice (Ainsley), Patrick (Krystele), Liane (Jamal), Christophe.
Great Grandma Lea, so great we had a chance to get to know you and spend time with you. We loved our family gatherings with you. We will never forget you. Love, Yuri and Lev.
“Grand Memere (Great Grandma), we met only briefly. And being so little right now, we will likely not remember. But our parents and grandparents will make sure we know you, your life, and the honouring heritage you are leaving behind for us.”
Love and teddy bear hugs, Eric, Sophie, Alessio and Isabel.
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present, nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Romans 8:38-39
