In 1930, at age 5, with his family, Nick came to Canada and settled in Elfros, Saskatchewan.
Nick graduated from Sheho School and after graduation moved to Winnipeg.
Nick began a long career employed with VIA RAIL as a Porter and retired in 1991.
Nick was predeceased by his parents Jozef and Karolina, sisters Mary, Anne, Minnie, Stella and brothers Pete, Paul and Frank. Surviving is brother Ted (Margaret) and sister Millie, plus numerous nieces and nephews.

In care of funeral arrangements is Green Acres Funeral Home & Cemetery located on Hwy. 1 East at Navin Road.
A service will be held on Friday, January 8th at 10 AM at Green Acres Funeral Home with interment to follow.
