Paul Fontaine

April 22, 1937 – August 31, 2013

On Saturday, August 31, 2013, Paul passed away at Tache Centre at the age of 76 years.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years Odette (Blanchette), son Norman (Denise) and his granddaughter Shannon. He is also survived by two sisters, Berthe and Angeline; a brother, Norbert (Eva); a sister-in-law, Annette; his in-laws, the Blanchette family; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and dear friends.

He was predeceased by a daughter Gisèle (1998), parents Alfred and Eléonore (St. Hilaire), three brothers, five sisters and brothers and sisters-in-law.

Paul was employed with Poulin’s Exterminators for 31 years.

The family would like to thank the staff of 2ABC at Tache Centre for their care and compassion during the past 4 ½ years.

The funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at the St. Boniface Cathedral. Viewing will take place prior to the Mass at 9:30 a.m. Interment will take place at St. Boniface Cemetery at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul’s memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
