Richard Rick Joseph Gerard Deurbrouck

1959 - 2014

Suddenly, following a brief illness, it is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Deurbrouck with his family by his side on Sunday, June 30, 2014 at the age of 54.

Richard will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Michelle (Riley), his step mother Viv, his brother Denis (Vicky), and his nephew Derek. He is also remembered by special friends Wilf and Peggy. Richard is predeceased by his mother Alma Trybell-Love, and his dad Gerry Deurbrouck.

Throughout his life, Rick loved camping and fishing, and he had a large place in his heart specifically for music.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 7, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Green Acres Funeral Home, Hwy. #1 East at Navin Road. Interment will follow the service, and all those in attendance are welcome. Donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

Saying my good byes

To a Dad that meant the world to me

My Dad with big blue eyes

Anyone who loved him

Will know how I feel today,

My Dad was the sunshine of my life

Who could light up the darkest days.

So goodbye Dad, my only Dad,
