He was born in Woodstock, Va. and will be remember as a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his wife Leila.
He worked for many years as a Union Pacific Railroad Conductor and UTU representative and was active in local homeowners associations and various organizations for many years following his retirement. We were very blessed to have you as our father and grandfather and will never forget your sense of humor, especially your laughing fits and your truly kind heart. Please never forget us.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 3, 2011 from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. with services at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Dimond & Sons Needles Mortuary, 222 E Street, Needles, California. Burial to follow services at Needles Riverview Cemetery, 1101 E. Broadway, Needles, California.
