Hello I am Howard’s niece. Daughter of Thomas Smith, Hazels brother. 
I spent many summers at the ranch (1961? ) in Essex. 
Uncle Howard was such a wonderful man. I remember him as always happy, kind and hard working man. Funny too. 
May he rest in piece. 

I have lost contact with the family and just learned of Howard's passing. Howard was always kind and respectful all of God's creatures. 
With sincere sadness please accept the Zimmerman family condolences for the loss of Howard Paul Blair; father, grandfather, and friend to all he met on the trail of life. 
May Howard rest in peace.
