Billy E. Harper Jr., age 56, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2025. Billy was born in Oklahoma on May 24, 1968 to the late Sarah (Tindal) Harper. Billy was a collector of anything Kiss related throughout his life and loved music especially his guitar.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Connie Bell.
Billy is survived by his two nieces, Kellie and Krystal Crosby; and many friends and extended family.
Cremation has been chosen by his family with a private memorial service to be held at a later date.
