BRANDT CLARK MELTON, 22 years of age, died Sunday, April 3, 2011 at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany. Brandt was a graduate of New Albany High School and was a former employee of Gamestop and Empire Comics.
Survivors include his parents, George and Vicki (Clark) Melton, both of New Albany; sisters, Brittany Camille Carpenter Jacobs of Phoenix AZ, Valerie Linnea Marie Carpenter Bensing of Louisville KY and Chloe Emily Margaret Melton of New Albany IN; fiance, Courtney Rose Nutter of New Albany IN; grandmother, Margaret A. Hall of Indianapolis IN; aunt and uncle, Valerie and Paul Cauley of Indianapolis IN; and aunt, Melissa Melton Cook of New Albany IN.
Visitation will be from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm Tuesday, April 5, 2011 at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. His Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 pm Tuesday in the Kraft Charlestown Road Chapel with cremation to follow.
