Daniel "Dan" Lynn Borgelt, 40, passed on May 2, 2026. He was born in Louisville, Kentucky, on November 16, 1985, to his loving parents, George Edward Borgelt and Laura Lynn (Webster) Borgelt. Dan was a graduate of Purdue University and worked as an engineering tech for the Baker Group. He enjoyed the outdoors and camping with friends and family. Dan loved home and restoration projects.
Dan is preceded in death by his grandparents and an infant brother, Edward Lynn Borgelt.
Dan is survived by his parents, George and Laura Borgelt; his brother, James Edward Borgelt (Cathy); and many extended family and friends.
A private service was held by his immediate family, with burial having taken place at Calvary Cemetery, Louisville, Kentucky.
