David Louis Roth

David Louis Roth, 74, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018. He was born December 1, 1943 in New Albany, Indiana to the late Robert Roth, Sr. and the late Dorothy Grant Roth. David graduated from New Albany Senior High School in 1962. He enjoyed his guitar and was well versed in all forms of music. David was preceded in death by his parents and oldest brother, Robert Roth, Jr. He is survived by his brother, Rick Roth (Beckie) of Huntsville, Alabama; nieces, Vicki Carlson (Keith) of Ballwin, Missouri, and Stephanie Baxter (Lance) or Freeport, Florida; nephews, Robert Roth III (Beth) of Ballwin, Missouri, and Grant Roth (Christie) of Somerville, Alabama; and many great nieces and nephews. We must also include David’s friends who cared for him deeply, valued his friendship, and will miss his wit, experience, and knowledge. Visitation will be 5 pm ~ 8 pm Friday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany. His Funeral Mass will be 10 am Saturday at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Clarksville, Indiana with entombment to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, New Albany.
