Delores M. Snyder, age 87, of New Albany, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. Delores was born to Elmer and Viola Gordon. She was retired from a career in manufacturing. Delores lived her life to care for those around her. Her love for her dogs was only surpassed by her love for her family.
Delores is preceded in death by her parents; her devoted husband, Ottas Snyder; her siblings, Eugene Gordon, James Gordon, David Gordon, Collin Gordon and Ernestine Richards.
Delores is survived by her son, Kenneth Snyder Sr. and his partner Sue Ammons; her brothers, Don Gordon, Richard Gordon, and John Gordon; and her grandchildren, Kenneth Snyder Jr., Robert Snyder Camden Snyder, Destiny Snyder, Angela Gilbert, Joshua Snyder, Douglas (Tonya) Ammons, and Clifton Ammons; and her many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Her visitation will be at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Thursday, March 21, 20024.
A committal service for Delores will follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park with entombment at Chapel of the Cross.
