Dorothy Louise Bryant, 77, of Jeffersonville, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. Dorothy was born in New Albany, Indiana on August 24, 1945 to the late John Stuart Gibson and Louise Burden Gibson. She was a faithful member of Church of the Open Door in New Albany and was a true example of a Christian lady. She loved her family dearly.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by siblings, Alma Bowman and John Stuart Gibson Jr.
Dorothy is survived by her husband, Jerry Bryant; four children, Debbie Lee, Allen Bryant (Denise), Anthony Bryant (Tina) and Nathan Bryant (Rebekah); grandchildren, Tiffany, Zachery (Kayla), Philip, Treasure, Nathanael, Ruth and Jaxon; great grandchildren, Payton and Madison; siblings, Mary Lou Heinz and Linda Berger (Bob); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Dorothy will be held Friday, July 28, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana 47150.
Funeral service will be Friday, July 28, 2023 at 1:30 PM at Church of the Open Door, 1221 Silver Street, New Albany, Indiana 47150 with burial to follow in Kraft Graceland Memorial Park.
