DOROTHY M. "DOTTIE" (MILLER) SPAULDING, 57 years of age, died Friday, November 4, 2016. She was born August 20, 1959 in Orrville, Ohio to D. Lee and Barbara Ann (Roberson) Miller. Dottie was formerly an Auditor for the State of Indiana and was the widow of Todd Spaulding, who died in 2007. She was a member of Graceland Baptist Church in New Albany. Dottie was preceded in death by her husband and a sister, Dicky Alexiou, and will be fondly remembered by her family and all who knew her.
Survivors include her two daughters, Elizabeth "Beth" Nevil and Jessica Rife (Rob); seven grandchildren, Celesta, Chase, Chelsea, Carter, Gabby, Brooklynn, and Bianca; parents, D. Lee and Barbara Ann Miller; and brother, David Wesley Miller.
A Memorial Reception will be held in the "Corner Room" at Graceland Baptist Church, 3600 Kamer Miller Road, New Albany, Indiana from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, with a Memorial Service at 6:00 pm.
Cremation was chosen. Kraft Funeral Service has been entrusted with care and arrangements. A private burial will be held in Abundant Life Memorial Park at Graceland Baptist Church.
