Gary was always the "Cool" uncle growing up as a kid he made wax creations from dripping wax on his hands,velvet posters and black lights in his room and lets not forget the rock em sock em robots game and the coolest thing ever Atari  Pong. Thanks for the memory's

I will always remember sitting in your living room with Drew and you guys just going on and on about music and memories.  I'm so happy to have joined your family and thank you for being you!

You inspired me to not only cherish everyone around me, but to cherish myself for everything i stand for. You kept to morals that many can only dream of. My wise, courageous grandpa... I will miss you so much. I love you, and you're in my heart forever.

I am so sorry to learn of Gary's passing.  It was a pleasure to work with him at UCI because he had that wonderful Miller sense of humor and always made me smile.  I remember him fondly.  God bless you and your families during this difficult time.

I have so many over 25 years but one of Garys favorites was when he was jumping on the trampoline with the boys.  They were about 4 & 5 years old.  Apparently they double bounced Gary and he flew off of the trampoline onto the ground head and shoulder first!!  Brett and Brandon come running in and Brandon said "Mommy, Gary fell off the trampoline!!"....  I go running and Brett followed me when Gary come limping up towards the house.  Brett chimed in "You should see what he did to your new grass!" Gary was coverd in mud, had grass clumps falling off his back and shoulders, holding his left shoulder and giving the boys hell!!  Finally, Gary had to laugh at himself because all of us were laughing!  Gary had left a crater in my new grass about 5 inches wide and 2 inches deep and about 5 feet long!!  
Our canoe trip was another funny adventure.
Or the time we went to Virginia Beach!

Gary loved to karoke to " Play that funky music white boy"!

I first met Gary at Fairmont Elementary School, in 1963.  We became friends, and had a lot in common (especially when The Beatles were on Ed Sullivan!). I knew him to be kind, and friendly to all he met. We went all the way through high school, sharing home rooms and classes together. He always remained the same kind of person, as when I first met him. I didn't see much of him after graduation, but still remember him well.  I was so sorry to hear of his passing, and extend my sincere sympathies to his family.
Rest well my friend...until we meet again. 

Papa Gary’s house was the place to be as a kid. Us kids had free roam of the house all except for “Don’t jump on the couch it’s not a trampoline!”

He is survived by his former wife, Diana Miller; two children, Misty Fultz (Mike) and Drew Miller (Angelica); grandchildren, Cressant Fultz, Travis “TD” Miller, Orion “Mo” Fultz, Austin “AC” Miller and Shayla Aldrich; one great-grandchild, Owen Kaufman; and two brothers, Alvie Miller and Ralph Miller.
