Jerrell Lee "Jerry" Sarles

JERRELL LEE "JERRY" SARLES, 84 years of age died Sunday September 2nd, 2012 at Providence Retirement Home in New Albany. Mr. Sarles was born August 19th, 1928 in Milltown, IN. to the late Cecil and Elsie Stephenson Sarles and was retired from the E. I. DuPont Co. in Louisville, KY. Jerry was a very active member of the Clarksville Historical Society and the First Southern Baptist Church in Clarksville. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Cecil Sarles Jr.

Grandchildren: Ben Fitzpatrick, Megan Bergquist, Brady Yocom, Steven and Rachel Wilkins.

Brother: Marvin Sarles and wife Martha

Reception of Friends and Family will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday September 7th and after 9:00 am Saturday September 8th, at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring St, New Albany. Funeral Service will be held 1:00 pm Saturday at the Kraft Spring St. Chapel with burial in Livonia Cemetery. The family requests expressions of sympathy go to the Clarksville, Indiana Historical Society.
