Judith Harmon Ash Miller, passed away at her home in Floyds Knobs, Indiana on November 13, 2025, at the age of 86. She was born on March 28, 1939 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late John Bertram and Mary Doris Harmon. Judy graduated from Hanover College with a bachelors degree and Purdue University with her Masters. She was a high school teacher of French and English for 38 years in Indiana, Missouri, and Illinois. Judy was active member of Trinity United Methodist Church in New Albany and volunteer at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital. Along with parents, Judy was preceded in death by her sisters, Dorris Maynard and Lois Poteet.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne Miller; sons, Kevin Ash (Laurel) and Jeffery Ash (Erin); brother, Jack Harmon; grandchildren, Logan (Natalie), Madeleine, Hannah, Blake, Kameron, Kianna Ash, Austin, Anna, and Evan Ruff.
A visitation will be held at Kraft Funeral Service, located at 708 East Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana, 47150, on November 18, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
The funeral service will take place at Trinity United Methodist Church, located at 2796 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, Indiana, 47150, on November 19, 2025, starting at 10:00 am.
Judith Harmon Miller will be laid to rest at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park, located at 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany.
