Mary C. Massengill

Mary C. Massengill passed away at her home in New Albany, Indiana on Tuesday June 5, 2018. She was born on August 20, 1938 in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. Mary is survived by her children Bill White (Michelle), Maria Carlson (Clint), and Franklin Eugene Starkey, 9 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. She also leaves behind the following siblings: Rose Marie Ankrum (Larry), Pedro Arturo Ramos (Mary Catheryn), Yvonne Moreno, Mary Jane Coleman, Yolanda Lemus, Rose Marie Ingram. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack, her son Wayne Melvin, her parents Pedro Ramos and Magdalena Longoria, and sisters Maria Magdalena Ruiz (Vicente), Maria Anna Chidicon (Roberto). Mary spent the bulk of her working years with Proctor & Gamble and Wal-Mart. When she wasn’t working she was passionate about bowling and bingo. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm Monday at Kraft Funeral Service, 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana.
