Leon is survived by his wife of 25 years, Betty L. Decker.
Visitation will be 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm Sunday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, Indiana. His funeral service will be held at 4:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home chapel. He will be cremated and laid to rest in Tunnel Hill Cemetery in Edwardsville, Indiana.
