RUTHIE DIANE (HAMELMANN) MULLINIX, 71, died Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at her residence in New Albany. The daughter of the late John Herbert and Myrna Mae Jones Hammelmann, Ruth was born December 19, 1940 in New Albany. The family would like to thank Ketlin and Jennifer with Hosparus for the kindness, compassion and care shown to their mother and to them.
Survivors include her children, Jeffrey Dean Mullinix (Renee), William Joseph Mullinix (Darlene), Daniel Lee Mullinix (and companion, Tiffany Hutchins) and Deena Kay Striegel (Kevin); brother, James Hamelmann; 8 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and 8 step great grandchildren.
Visitation from 1:00 pm ~ 8:00 pm Sunday at Kraft Funeral Service, 708 E. Spring Street, New Albany, IN. Her Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Monday at the Kraft Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany, IN.
