

Sandra was born on October 30, 1949 to the late Bruce C. Rippy and Frieda M. Rodwig Campbell in New Albany Indiana.
Sandra graduated from New Albany High School and went on to become a teacher's aide for many years at Georgetown Elementary School, as well as working at Hoosier Strike and Spare for over 30 years ,until just a few short months ago.
She married her husband Donnie L Sinclair on January 8th 1965 and together they raised four beautiful children, who she loved fiercely, at their home in Palmyra IN.
Sandra is preceded in death by her parents, two infant brothers, Dennis and Butch Rippy, and her son Michael L. Sinclair.
Sandra is survived by her husband Donnie, three children, Stephanie Wenning (Chris) of Depauw IN, Brad Sinclair of Evansville IN, and Julie Heck (Terry) of Palmyra IN.
Grandchildren Bailey Moore (Malachi), Jacob Wenning (Ella), Jaden Sinclair, Tristan Heck,Isabella Heck, and Julian Johns.
One great-grandchild Josie Moore.
Sister, Elizabeth Hofelich, sister-in-law Brenda Stepp, and several nieces and nephews.
Sandra’s children and grandchildren were the center of her world. She loved spending time with each of them any chance she got. She never missed an opportunity to show up and support them. Sandy’s love for her family was never questioned, she reminded them often that she loved them ,and that they were the best thing in her life. Her strength and determination carried her through the most difficult situations, and was one of the most admirable qualities that Sandra possessed.
Sandra loved the holidays, going all out on the decorations, making her home a popular attraction in the town of Palmyra. Sandra also enjoyed bowling, and was a member of multiple bowling leagues through the years. Sandra spent most of her free time enjoying the outdoors. She loved fishing with her grandbabies, Gardening, taking mule rides with her dog Ollie, and her son Mike before his passing. Her favorite nights were spent around the fire pit in her backyard with her children and grandchildren, listing to music and telling stories.
Visitation will be Saturday, December 20th from 10:00am-1:00pm at Kraft Funeral Home (2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, IN 47150). The funeral will begin at 1:00pm, with entombment to follow in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park.
