Denise Anne Robert

Born in New Bedford, she resided in East Freetown for many years. Denise was communicant of St. John Neumann Church. Denise loved her family dearly, especially her many cousins. She enjoyed sports, dancing, Legos, Arts and Crafts and camping. While in school, Denise participated in Special Olympics winning many blue ribbons in the running events. Most of all Denise always thought of herself as a wonderful teacher. Denise was a gift to many of us teaching us not to give up when life serves us trying times, to appreciate the good times with family and hold onto the many memories and laughs we have shared with Denise.

She is survived by her brother, Paul Robert of Florida and a nephew, Michael; cousins, Roberta Ouellette of E. Freetown and Paulette Bonneau of Maine; and her many, many dear cousins. Denise will be greatly missed by her new family and friends at the Woods Street Home.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 10:30AM in St. John Neumann Church, 157 Middleboro Road, East Freetown followed by a Burial at 1:30PM in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Connery Lane, Bourne.
