Born in New Bedford, the son of Carlos Correia of Fairhaven and Patricia A. (Vieira) Correia of New Bedford he was a lifelong area resident.
Mr. Correia graduated from Holy Family High School and attended Immaculate Conception Church. He worked as an assistant grocery manager for Stop & Shop in Wareham.
Donald was a Red Sox and Bruins fan and he loved the Beatles. He was well liked and loved by all that knew him.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Darlene Roberts of Swansea and several nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late Doreen Correia.
