

Born in New Bedford, a daughter of the late Walter and Clara (Farran) Brailey she was a lifelong resident of the city. Mrs. Setera was a communicant of St. Mary’s Church, New Bedford.
Mrs. Setera worked in food services for the New Bedford School Department for more than 20 years. She enjoyed puzzles and spending time with her family.
She is survived her children, William Setera of E. Freetown, Andrew Setera and his wife Diane of Acushnet and Susan Ferreira and her husband Steven of New Bedford; eight grandchildren, Will Setera, Jake Setera, Jessie Theobald, Alissa DeSousa and her husband Michael, Nathan Setera and his partner Keith Helger, Justin Ferreira, Dillon Ferreira and Austin Ferreira; two great grandchildren, Logan Theobald and Gavin DeSousa; and two nieces, Diane Davignon and Joyce Haskell.
Her funeral will be Friday, May 8, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. from the ROCK FUNERAL HOME, 1285 Ashley Blvd., New Bedford followed by a funeral mass at 9:30 a.m. in St. Mary’s Church, Tarkiln Hill Rd., New Bedford.
