Mildred (Szyndlar) Bralewski, 98, formerly of New Bedford passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2018 in St. Luke’s Hospital after a brief illness. She was the wife of the late Henry J. Bralewski with whom she shared 56 years of marriage.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Joseph and Agnes (Koza) Szyndlar she was a lifelong resident of the city. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church.
Mrs. Bralewski worked as an inspector for Acushnet Company Rubber Division for many years.
She is survived by a daughter, Carol Villeneuve of Acushnet; a son, Henry J. Bralewski and his wife Louise and her daughter Kristen of Acushnet; grandchildren, Sherry Vigeant and Thomas Villeneuve; and four great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Edward, Theodore, and Ferdinand Szyndlar.
Her Mass of Christian Burial will be Tuesday, February 27, 2018 at 10 am in Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 235 N. Front St., New Bedford. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. For online directions and tribute www.rock-funeralhome.com.
