Simone T. Parent-Meyer

Simone T. Parent-Meyer, 66, of Fairhaven, MA, passed away at Charlton Memorial Hospital after a long illness. Born in Fall River, MA, she was the daughter of the late Bertrand and Annette (Bossie) Parent. She is survived by her loving fiancé, Allen B. Lentini, of many years, who loved her dearly and found her to be the most wonderful woman a man could know and love.

Simone lived most of her life in Fall River. In 2002, she moved to Fairhaven. She was a school teacher in the Mansfield School system for 15 years. Simone was a real ski bum and enjoyed traveling to the mountains of New Hampshire. Most notably, she loved traveling with Allen to Lincoln, NH to the Woodstock Inn; her "home away from home". She was the past President of the Fall River Ski Club.

In addition to her fiancé, survivors include her 2 daughters, Rachel Meyer and Rebecca Meyer of CA, her sister Jan Robideaux of Assonet, MA, and her first cousin Terry Hallowell and her husband Bob of Fall River. She is also survived by 2 nephews, a niece, and a few close neighbors.
