Tony Rodrigues

Born in Sao Roque, Azores, Portugal, a son of the late Roque and Maria Fernanda (Maia) Rodriques. Tony graduated from New Bedford High School and was employed at AFC Cable Company for more than 30 years.

Tony was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was married thirty-nine years to his beloved wife. His children and grandchildren were the light of his life. He loved music, singing, his wife’s cooking, coffee and a good nap. He loved watching football, and he was a longtime fan of the NY Giants. He adored his dog macho. His family meant everything to him. He was deeply loved and will be dearly missed. He will live in our hearts forever.

In addition to his wife Ana, he is survived by his daughter Rachel Sanchez and her husband Rene; his grandchildren Juliana Sanchez and Elijah Sanchez; his siblings, Patricia Rodrigues Baliko, Urania Nogueira and Luis Rodrigues. He was the father of the late Shawn Rodrigues.

A Celebration of Life will be held in the near future.
