Amy was born in 1982 to Janet and Richad Cipolla in Denville, NJ. After graduating from Brentsville High School in 2000, she went on to receive her Bachelor of Arts degree from Mary Washington University in an astounding three-year period in 2003.
Leaving behind to honor and cherish Amy's memories are her parents, Richard and Janet Cipolla; brothers, Daniel Cipolla and Mathew and his wife, Kristen Cipolla; and many loving family members and close friends.
Amy was an incredibly supportive, generous and loving daughter and sister. She was not only generous in life, but also in death as an organ donor. She was a very creative person with diverse interests and talents. She loved to work with her hands in the woodshop creating artwork and items for her home. She also loved working in the kitchen creating recipes which she shared. She always put others before herself and cared deeply for the underdog. She was a great lover of animals and dogs in particular, rescuing many dogs over the years. Amy was always quick to lend a hand or give of herself to someone in need. She displayed a great deal of patience and gave so much love. Amy was someone we were always proud of, as she always spoke truthfully, had a strong work ethic and would never let you down. She was the best of us and there are no words that could describe how much we miss her.
The family will receive visitors from 2:00 to 4:30 PM on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Cotten Funeral Home. A celebration of Amy's life will begin at 4:30 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any one of Amy's favorite charities, St. Jude’s Children Hospital, The Humane Society or ASPCA in Amy's name.
Cotten Funeral Home is honored to serve the family and friends of Amy Marie Cipolla.
