It has been a little over a year since God called you home. It still all feels like a bad dream, but I know it really happened. I am making Ally a box with some precious memories to give to her later. Emily sure misses her, when she sees their pictures she starts crying and wants to know where her friend is. I hope one day they will see each other again and continue their friendship. Thank you for teaching me how to do your magazine, because I am still doing mine. I now mail them to a lot of people that I have never met or even talked to in different states. Because you shared your vision with me, it is still going out to give people hope, love and laughter. There is still a lot that I don't understand, but I do know that we shared some good times and God blessed us with those memories. I know you and Charlie are talking about the good ole days now. I talked to him the day after you passed away and he told me that you still loved me...that touched my heart so much. Thanks again for being my husband even for a short time. So glad to have had you in my life, Mike.  I've known you since I was 7 yrs old so you almost feel like a brother to me.  We will all miss you.  My deepest sympathy to Grace, Shannon, Becky and Regina.  I know you already have a big void in your family and I hope for comfort for all of you.  Rest assured Mike is rejoicing in heaven and reaping his many rewards.  He was a good person and so very special to many.

Thanks Ben for the friendship...you are 17 years my senior, you were closer to me than people my age when I needed a friend...I bought a flupee from you and I still haven't figured out how to use it.  I'll get my money back from you on the other side.

I was sorry to hear my NC cousin passing. I remember Ben (Mike) as a child in Auburn Maine, so cute and his parents delight. We did share history, and genealogy in later years. He and my two brothers  left us too soon. Eileen (Gloria) Rochester NH...

Shannon and family, you are all in my prayers! So sorry for your loss

I am glad we had a chance to reminisce at the Gideon Luncheon.  Our families shared some great adventures.  You made a wonderful impact on so many people.  I always admired your willingness to help anyone in need.  I was on the receiving end of your generosity several times and not once did I have to ask.  You will be missed by so many.

Thanks for the good memories. We had a good time out and about taking pictures and then comparing them when we got home. We sure did enjoy our little day trips out of town. Thank you for the compliment that you gave my sister one day about how proud you were of me for the way I dressed. I came across a copy of the page of your journal where you wrote that I had given my testimony at church and thanked God for you and the magazine and then you added that you got choked up and couldn't even say anything. I know that you are healed now and that you will never hurt again. We were apart yet we still had those feelings deep down inside that had brought us together and no matter how much we tried to ignore them, we had the memories to look back on and remember the good times.
