He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He loved NASCAR.
Billy is survived by his son, Andrew Bryant Sisk of Mississippi; step-daughter: Belinda Campbell of New Bern and three granddaughters.
A memorial service will be held Friday, March 9, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Jesus Christ Church of Latter Day Saints.
