We lived on Alexander St. We were best friends even when I went to Sacred Heart School for a year or 2.  
  We  were together everyday. Playing silly games but they were fun to us.  The summer was great.  We played all the games in the playground at Alexander St School.  All day until the street lights came on. We had a true friendship. When I heard she passed I was so sad. I still miss her....

I have heard so many ppl define what a mother is. I think this definition suits Carol...

A mother is someone who provides care for the world. 

That is who she was and what she did. The world has indeed lost someone special.

Many moons ago Carol and I met- I think it was because Melanie and Melanie (my daughter) were in the same class and had become fast friends.  Well, Carol and I, and Frank and my husband Michael, also found ourselves “hanging out”.  

When I became pregnant with my son- 30 years ago- Carol asked if I was going to name him Jared.   You see -  I already had a Melanie and a Sean so it was just assumed that my next should follow the trend.   LOL.

Boy, what can I say?  Carol and Frank moved but we kept in touch and I’m going to miss the yearly updates for sure!   My heart goes out to anyone who was fortunate enough to know Carol – her smiling face and kind words will be missed but never forgotten.

I'm so sad to hear of Carol's passing; my deepest & heartfelt condolences to her family. As a co-worker of hers, our paths would cross at client shift changes & we'd chat & catch up on things. She was such a sweet lady. I am really going to miss her. ❤

Momma Dolan was a gem. She welcomed me instantly as if I were family.  Rest easy with the Angels. 

Carol you were  always there as a good friend . We remember when you both volunteered to help us decorate for Stans graduation party, what fun. You were declared a special part of our family. We had many laughs when we were together playing cards . Your laugh stayed with us always. You now will be with Sean  to enjoy those special times. Our prayers and thoughts will be with the family.

My deepest condolences. Carol was a ray of sunshine whenever she'd pop in the office. She always had some funny story to share and it was usually about her family.  She showed me pictures of them and we'd swap grandchildren stories. She also loved my sweet puppy Lola. Just last week I was walking in the office and she was getting in her car; the last thing she said to me was "How's Lola?"  I will miss her beyond measure. She was one in a million. 

Mike and I are so saddened to here of Carol's passing.She was such a caring,fun loving,person to be around.We will miss her dearly. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Frank,Jared &Mel and their families.
