She was a member of Open Door Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Darell Lee Daniels, two sons, Roderick L. Gilliken of Glouster, NC; Vernon J. Gilliken of Ottway, NC; two brothers, Theodore Lord of Arizona; Charles Lord of New Jersey; three sisters, Helen Ozturk, Betty Wood and Frances Straughn, all of New Jersey; and four grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Monday, March 10, 2014 at Open Door Baptist Church 227 NC Hwy. 24, Morehead City, NC.
