He is predeceased by his parents Dora Gene and Marilyn Randall. David was a US Air force Veteran.
Surviving is his wife, Sandra Lynn Randall; brothers, Gary Randall, Wendell Randall, Charles Randall and Robert Randall; sisters, Janet Kintz and Kathy Bergheger.
A memorial service will be held 3:00pm Sunday, December 15, 2019 at Cotten Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:00pm to 3:00pm prior to the service at the Funeral Home.
