Donna Lee Starr of New Bern, died on Friday, January 8, 2021.
She is survived by her children David McMasters of Burlington, NC, Dennis McMasters of Zephyr Cove, NV, and Donna Bozak of Ft. Montgomery, NY; and a sister Bobbe Owens of West Lafayette, OH.
The family will gather for a celebration of life at a later date.
