Douglas is survived by his life partner Anna Adkins, two sons; Derrick Livesay and Shawn Livesay, both of Marion, Ind., one daughter; Sherry Ford of Marion, Ind., one brother; Ron Livesay of Big Stone Gap, Va., two sisters; Barbara Talbott of Baltimore, Md. and Louise Livesay of Big Stone Gap, Va., and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
