A visitation for Elaine will be held Friday, March 4, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Cotten Funeral Home. Following the visitation will be a funeral service at 11:00 AM at Cotten Funeal Home.
Elaine will be laid to rest in Ipock Family Cemetery, Vanceboro, NC.
