

John proudly served his country by joining the US Army in the 1950s and served in the Korean War. Some of the activities that John enjoyed doing were playing golf, an avid boater, and fishing. John was the Vice Presdis retirement. All who knew John will truly miss him.

He is survived by his loving and caring wife of 36 years, June Bonner; sons, Greg Bonner, Kenny Bonner and wife, Jane Bonner, and Jack Bonner and wife, Heather Bonner; grandchildren, Mareya Bonner and Sean Bonner; sister, Virginia Llanezza; and many other loving family members and friends.
John is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Gertrude; and son, Timmy Bonner.

A Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Cotten Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will take place at St. Paul Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 1:00 PM.
