He was a skilled carpenter, and his interests included other world cultures and traveling.
He is survived by two daughters, Kaitlyn Curtin and Nicole Curtin, both of Eastport, NY; three sisters, Elizabeth Curley of Galveston, TX; Joan Coffey of Croton-On-Hudson, NY; and Carolyn Bitner of Eastport, NY.
