She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Mary was a member of The Order of the Eastern Star and the White Shrine, and she was a longtime resident of The Homeplace. Her interests include travel, camping and crafting. She is preceded in death by her husband Cleo K. Adams.
Mary is survived by her son, Ray Nicholson and wife Betty Jean of New Bern; two grandchildren, Steven Nicholson of San Antonio, TX; Pamela Hamilton of Arlington, TX; two great-grandchildren, Heather Weigel of San Antonio, TX; Marlee Hamilton of Arlington, TX and four great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, June 22, 2012 at Cotten Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Greenleaf Memorial Park.
