Paula Kay Banks Kramer, 68, New Bern, NC died in her sleep December 27, 2017.She is survived by her mother, Rowena Banks, brother Dexter, sons, Paul Peterson and Corey Peterson, and grandchildren Elijah and Mary Allison.A memorial service will be held at Broad St. Christian Church on Saturday, Jan. 7, at 2:30 pm. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service. Flowers are welcome and memorial donations can be made to Colonial Capital Humane Society, 1860 Old Airport Road, New Bern, NC. Arrangements are by Cotten Funeral Home.
