Leaving behind to honor and cherish Stephen's memories are his daughters, Christina Willis and her husband, Brian, and Stephanie Jones and her husband, Jonathan; grandchildren, Brayden, Reagan, Gunner, and Wesson; brother, Anthony Lowe and his wife, Pam; nephew, Johnathan Lowe; niece, Caitlyn Lowe; and many loving family members and close friends.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at Cotten Funeral Home.
