Vivian Potter Eubank

Vivian Potter Eubank, 70, of Pollocksville, North Carolina went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at her home surrounded by her family. Vivian was born on May 21, 1952 in Craven County to the late Leon G. Potter and Bliss Irene Harris Potter.

Vivian had a servant’s heart serving the community for 34 years at the Mental Health Center and then 11 years working in the Jones County Clerk of Courts Office. She was a big jokester and always full of life. She enjoyed reading but what she loved the most was spending time loving on her grands and great grands.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 50 years, William “Denford” Eubank, daughters, Holly Cox and husband, Maurice “Mo” of Greenville, NC and Amy Aneuber and husband Mark of New Bern, NC, three grandchildren, Shayne Coward, Gabrielle Aneuber and Aaron Aneuber, two great-grandchildren, Lawson Coward and Leigha Coward, sister, Syble Manning and brother Leon Potter and wife Pat of Chesapeake, VA.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Pollocksville Baptist Church. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 2:00 pm. Cotten Funeral Home is honored to serve the family and friends of Vivian Eubank.
