Walter Norris Hunter, Jr. (KD4JOB) 60, of Trenton, NC went on his eternal hunt Friday, July 26, 2024. Walter was born on October 17, 1963 in Lenoir County, NC. He was preceded in death by his father, Walter Norris Hunter, Sr.
The family would like to thank the staff of Fresenius Kidney Care of Jones County for their care and support for the last few years.
Walter was an avid hunter along with his forever furbaby, Cricket. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and talking on his HAM radio.
Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Jean Ross of Swansboro, his beloved wife of 42 years Nola (Tina) Mercer Hunter, Son Mickey Hunter and wife Alli of Greenville and daughter Beverly Hunter of Kinston. Four grandchildren Xavier, Olivia, John and Samantha. His best friends Ray Price and Timmy Coward.
A Celebration of Life will be held on August 1, 2024 at 2pm at Faith Missionary Baptist Church located at 2232 Hwy 58 S. Trenton.
